Teflon action:

Commodity classification

DuPont Co Teflon (TeFulong) trademark is mainly used in the following products: PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, AF, NXT, FFR.

PTFE: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) nonstick coatings can be used continuously in 260 ℃, with the highest use temperature of 290-300 ℃, very low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability.

FEP: FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) non stick coating melt flow formed during baking no hole film, non stick properties has excellent chemical stability, excellent, high temperature up to 200 ℃.

PFA: PFA (a fluoroalkyl compounds) non stick coatings and FEP in baking melt flow forming non porous films.

PFA has the advantages of higher continuous use temperature 260 ℃, stronger just toughness,especially suitable for the use of anti - and chemical resistant use in high temperature conditions.

Character

Non-viscous: almost all the material is not with Teflon coating adhesion. Thin film also shows a not Non- adhesive performance.

Heat resistance: Teflon coating has excellent heat resistance and low temperature properties. Heating resistance under the short time high temperature to 300 ℃, in general between 240 ℃ ~260 ℃ can be used continuously, has outstanding heat stability, it can work in the freezing temperature and not brittle, does not melt at high temperature

Slide: Teflon coating has a low friction coefficient. Load sliding friction coefficient changes, but the value is only between 0.05-0.15.

Moisture resistance: PTFE film surface above water and oil, the production operation is not easy to dip solution, such as viscosity has a few simple dirt, wipe clean.
